Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Each order is made after you place it, not pulled from a shelf, so please allow time for it to be produced before it ships.
Domestic Shipping (US)
Orders arrive within 7–14 business days from when you order, and shipping is always free.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at support@shorties.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
Sales Tax
Florida residents will be charged 6.5% sales tax (6% state + 0.5% Orange County) at checkout as required by Florida law.
