Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (US)

Standard shipping (5–7 business days) and expedited shipping (2–3 business days) are available at checkout. Free standard shipping on orders over $75.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at support@shorties.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.

Sales Tax

Florida residents will be charged 6.5% sales tax (6% state + 0.5% Orange County) at checkout as required by Florida law.
