1. Love It Guarantee
Wear it, wash it, live in it. If it isn't the best hoodie you've ever owned, tell us within 30 days and we'll swap it or refund it. No forms, no fuss.
2. Forever Warranty
Your hoodie is built to last, so we stand behind it for life. If a seam splits, the zipper or drawcord fails, or the fabric gives out from normal wear, we'll send you a new one free. Not for a year. Forever.
3. Lost and Stolen Coverage
Life happens. If your Shorties hoodie gets lost, stolen, or wrecked (spilled, torn, ruined), we'll send you one replacement on us, one time per hoodie. Just tell us what happened.
Most brands hide behind fine print. We'd rather just take care of you.
Fine print (short and fair):
Claims go through support@shorties.shop with your order number and a photo when there's damage. The 30-day guarantee covers unwashed returns or exchanges. The warranty covers defects and normal wear, not alterations. Lost and stolen coverage is limited to one replacement per hoodie purchased. Replacements come in the same style, or the closest one we have if it's sold out. Shorties may decline claims that look like abuse.
