Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Email us at support@shorties.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label within 2 business days.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different size or style, return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund.
