Our Story

Zach Ross
Founder and CEO
I started Shorties in 2023. I'd always wanted my own company, and I asked myself what I actually loved: fashion, fitness, music. I went with fashion. I'm five foot three, and I wanted clothes that fit me but still looked cool, whether I was at the gym or out at a bar. It became a brand about confidence and self-esteem. I want everyone who wears Shorties to feel confident in who they are.
We sell t-shirts, hoodies, crewnecks, sports bras, leggings, and joggers: minimalist, premium pieces in the hundred to two-fifty dollar range. The name has a double meaning, a fun pun for cute girls, and a nod to being short. The litmus test is simple: soft against the skin even after a bunch of washes, and a compliment when you walk out the door.
In five years I want to own my own distribution, sell out drops, and build something on the scale of Lululemon or Gymshark. In ten years, a hundred million dollar business or a sale, but right now I'm just enjoying the journey.
